Yesterday I did 1 hr. on the StairMaster, only less than 2 min. water break in between 30 min. Julie finally called she went and did that hike by herself, BRAT, it sounded kick butt, she said she got pictures too, our signals got crossed:-) Because I have to try and keep up with these youngsters, I did some hill work right close to the house for one hr before it got dark:-)
