Yesterday we went up Green Butte, well not all the way to the top of it, but pretty far. The winds were picking up. WOW, omygosh they were soo strong. Quite steep. Julie took this pic of me
. The really steep part Linda got behind me and said "No stopping, if you have to look up, keep moving as you do so" I think it was a GOOD thing she was behind me. Then Julie was up above breaking trail guiding us. We thankfully didn't go down the same way, we went out and back and forth down, "milking it" Just amazing, fresh snow, lots of it:-) We stopped just a couple times for brief bites to eat and drink and kept moving. 3hrs, 5 miles. Sooo Proud:-)
