the steep parts. I was just about 5 min slower than when Linda was running up the other day up that one long grueling hill, but I didn't take any breaks until 2hr. then I took 5min and that's the only break, well except to take a couple pics:-) I started early 7am and I thought oh I am going to be the first one up there this morning but I bumped in to this guy and his dog, Wilson. They were RUNNING down. Then a woman was running down when I started back down. They must be nuts!!! It looked like the Lady was trying to peek out but not really in this picture.

This tree and the wild flowers are starting to pop:-)Oh, yea this is from Rainbow Ridge again:-) total 4 hrs. 9.3 miles its kind of hard to push myself when their isn't someone in front going faster, I get kind of sidetracked looking at stuff. Its like stuff says Look over here, Look at me:-)
